So I can't believe it took this many years to try this place. I was pleasantly surprised. Cute atmosphere, lovely staff. And the food was amazing and the prices were pretty decent. Had a cherry milkshake (used real cherries!), my son had the chicken and waffles (it's a huge amount of food) and I had the French toast. We were impressed with everything. Definitely will return!

The food is soooo tasty. Love that there's enough space and is one of few brunch places in the city that don't have lengthy wait times on the weekends. Fell in love with their fish cakes and mimosas were delicious. Great value for price to boot with some very sweet servers and a team that seems to genuinely enjoy each others' company - which really just uplifted the atmosphere and mood overall!

Very friendly server, yummy food, and lots of GF/DF options. The space is loud, but the plants and decor are very nice. We'll be back!

This experience is solely based on the Eggs Benedict. I popped in here for a late brunch to satisfy my craving of Eggs Benny. I had read online somewhere that this may be one of THE places to get one, and to be honest, a little disappointed. I liked the thicker consistency of the hollandaise, but the level of lemon was a little high in it. The eggs were perfect, the ham was nice and the English muffin toasted perfectly. The big draw back here came with the hash-browns. They were just the frozen, bagged, triangle hash browns. These are boring and can be had anywhere. I’d much rather prefer a home fry, made in house from actual potatoes. The coffee was nice, exactly what you expect from a diner! Service was great, atmosphere is stellar. Love the NASA art collection. Also, very snowy day so had some entertainment watching folks at the intersection trying to get up the hill. I’ll be back, but it’ll be to try something else.

A great menu with lots of gluten free dishes. We enjoyed our meals (fried chicken burger, fish and chips) and desert (ice cream sandwich). A nice vibe. We enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back.

This place is amazing. The service is outstanding, everyone is friendly, and the food is outstanding. For gluten free travelers, there are many options and the staff is knowledgeable about any accommodations. They have GF bread, waffles, pancakes, and much more. Great GF desserts too. We enjoyed it so much we adjusted our trip to come back for a second meal. Highly recommended. If you need a delicious and safe gluten free meal, come here!

We’re visiting from Montreal and dined at Easy Street Diner two days in a row, everything was that good! As someone with gluten sensitivity and dairy allergies, I was so impressed with how clean, fresh, and allergy-friendly the meals were. The food was delicious and clearly made with care, and the hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. We might even return for our last day in Halifax! If I could make one friendly suggestion, it would be to include coffee with the menu, t would make an already great experience even better. Highly recommend!

Honestly, the food was okay. The chicken was dry and tasteless, and the hollandaise sauce was fairly bland. The egg was pouched well, and the waffle was delicious. The milkshake was also good. The presentation was beautiful, and the service was top-notch. I would definitely come back, but not for the chicken, or eggs Benny.
